We all tend to become so attached to our earthly possessions that we don't want to leave this world anymore. Sadly, many of us would still rely on our wealth to protect and make us happy. Even King Solomon with all his wealth and power learned his lessons the hard way. He concluded that wealth was all vanity like catching the wind (Ecclesiastes 2:11) but above all and wealth is worthless in the day of wrath (Proverbs 11:4). Let us instead build treasures in heaven for where our treasure is, there our hearts will be also (Matthew 6:20-21).
